Hello from, the Southwest Young Environmentalist Group, SAYEG!
Hello Neighbors,
SAYEG has a few spots open as we pilot our youth program over the summer for ages 8 to 13 years. Our children work in teams 8, 9 & 10 year olds and 11, 12 & 13 year old groups and each group has its own program manager. Visit our Blog at https://sites.google.com/view/sayeg/home and click on program to what we are up tp here in SW Atlanta! Also check out our fb page SWAYEGroup and let us know what you think and parents, neighbors and friends please support our youth and come out and volunteer with our children who are making a difference in our community. Our children are brilliant, the pictures below are from last week at the Great American Campout which took place at the Oakland Activity Center with our partners from WAWA. Thats Dr. Erica leading the children in an "enviro talk" it was a blast and the children leave wanting more and that's how we planned it!
And yes they really hug trees!

• Blight Team: locate blighted properties and report to code enforcement and follow case to resolution and share on CBC’s blog.
