The Atlanta City Studio Is hosting a Historic Districts Workshop, A "How To" on preservation, revitalization and a plan for future growth, in Southwest Atlanta.



Several neighborhoods in Southwest Atlanta may very well meet the historical designation criteria's... Something to consider. 
Such designations can protect what is in place and an opportunity to truly design the neighborhood or community that your organization wants....

    and is a very good tool to plan for gentrification with.

    Certainly think it is great to revitalize our community. The historical element is also important. I'm satisfied that it is voluntary at this point.
